Location: SoHo, NYC

Pay: $18–$25/hour plus tips (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Your Role:

Our Gelato Servers are the face of RivaReno Gelato, delivering outstanding customer service while scooping gelato and creating a fun, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through flavor choices.
• Scoop gelato, prepare orders, and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the serving area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in opening, closing, and restocking duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
