- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and in alignment with the physician’s plan of care.
- Deliver ROM and strength training, therapeutic activities and exercises, manual treatments, and adaptive techniques.
- Educate patients and families on home safety and medical equipment usage to improve daily living activities.
- Complete follow-up visits after OT evaluations and ensure continuity of care.
- $60-$65 per visit (45-minute visits)
- Prior experience in home health is preferred but not required.
- Los Angeles County: Hollywood, West Hollywood, Koreatown, West LA, East LA, Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, Inglewood, Pasadena, Burbank, Long Beach, Torrance, Compton, Lynwood, Glendale, Woodland Hills, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Downey, Whittier, South Gate, The Valley, Alhambra, Covina, Duarte, Temple City, Pomona.
- Orange County: Anaheim, Orange, Irvine, Newport Beach, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Buena Park, Cerritos, Huntington Beach, Westminster.
- Ventura County & San Bernardino County
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License.
- Valid California Driver’s License with reliable transportation and insurance.
