Description

The Channel Sales Manager will lead partner acquisition and enablement efforts while engaging directly with end-users to drive adoption of our AI/HPC networking solutions. You will recruit and manage partners (e.g., VARs, SIs, distributors), ensure partner success, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. This hybrid role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a startup environment and excels at combining technical expertise with business development. We’re looking for a go-getter

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Development: Recruit and enable VARs, SIs, and distributors to expand market reach. Develop joint business plans and execute quarterly reviews.
  • End-User Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them on technical aspects of our solutions and ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales efforts. Develop and track partner-initiated pipelines.
  • Enablement: Deliver training and provide resources (e.g., playbooks, pricing guides) to empower partners and ensure success.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development within HPC, or networking solutions.
  • Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Track record of partner recruitment and enablement resulting in measurable revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.

Nice-to-Have

  • Proven success as a sales engineer or solution architect in the HPC or networking industry.
  • Existing relationships with SI’s, Var’s and distributors in the AI/HPC or data center networking industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (MBA preferred).
