A leading healthcare organization with multiple locations is seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and help us build a high-performing team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill our job openings. This role is critical in ensuring that we bring in professionals who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media channels, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

• Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
