Roles & Responsibility Regularly coordinate the planned activities with the management to reflect the priorities Bring Academic Collaboration for Organisations, by pitching the courses from Organisation to various colleges & universities Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of Learn Digital Academy Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit / potential placements Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company-specific interview requirement Brief students on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process Counsel students every two weeks to ensure their expectations and skill level match the jobs available in the market. Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates for the final process Coordinate with Counsellor to arrange student interviews and follow up hiring steps Track all placements on internal software/ drive accurately Follow up on hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc. Sourcing candidates for various Designations based on the company requirements. (Internal Hiring for the organisation)
