- Contribute to the overall leadership of the company as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Develop and execute budgets, short-term and long-term plans, policies, procedures, and initiatives. Work with leadership to maintain accountability to budgets, plans, and initiatives.
- Keep informed of new developments in the economy or marketplace that are relative to the success of the division.
- Maintain contact with key customers to assure the division is promoting and maintaining the highest possible customer relationship and satisfaction.
- Set aggressive, realistic goals and hold self and others accountable.
- Establish short- and long-range plans. Assess and manage risk associated with plans.
- Responsible for developing current and future leadership of the division, as well as throughout the company.
- Provide clear vision and lead courageously.

- Keep informed of new developments, methods, and techniques pertaining to growth and profitability of the division.
- Assure staffing requirements are met.

- Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the company’s quality management system and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding various business strategies and ability to build strategies in support of the division.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Understanding of technical capabilities of the division's products and solutions.
- Exceptional oral and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Business acumen to work with all levels of leadership.
- Strong ability to coach and motivate. Possess enthusiasm and positive attitude.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of the U.S. Government budget process and FAR-compliant acquisition desired.
- Current security clearance with the U.S Government desired.
- Previous experience with the DoD desired.
