QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with confidentiality regulations, (42 CFR, Part 2), governing the disclosure of client information and the storage of client records and with the appropriate professional codes of ethics. Maintains the required licensure/certification in good standing. Must have the ability to effectively work with all Agency employees and outside contacts.
