We are seeking two experienced Business Project Managers to lead complex growth and tech-enabled projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing intricate projects, particularly within the life insurance or distribution sectors. Additionally, experience as a product owner is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex growth and tech-enabled projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Project Manager.
• Proven track record of managing complex growth and tech-enabled projects.
• Experience in the life insurance or distribution industry.
• Strong experience as a product owner.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
