Full Time position 32 to 35 hours average per week

• Prior supervisory and keyholding experience in similar volume, apparel and/or hardlines business (preferred)
• Flexible open availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)-Non-negotiable
• Operates with a sense of urgency and effectively completes assigned responsibilities within deadline expectations
• Self-motivated, seeks personal growth and development
• Supports the training of associates by coaching, teaching, and leading by example to accurately execute visual merchandising standards, and develop product knowledge of store team.
• Executing pricing activities to ensure all product in the store is properly tagged and reflect current markdown prices.
• Delegate and support daily store recovery to give customers the best shopping experience.

• Must have dependable transportation. Some shifts will require early morning start times of 7am and some overnights when required.
