Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Patient Access Rep Lead to join our team here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a full-time day shift position Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
As a Patient Access Rep Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with staff, patients, internal departments, physician practices and insurance companies to obtain maximum reimbursement through established collection procedures.
- Assisting team members on a day to day basis with questions and solutions.
- Receiving and disseminates clinical information as indicated.
