The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee the production operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lead a team to achieve manufacturing excellence. We rely on our leaders to inspire and motivate their teams, while also maintaining a keen eye for operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the standard of safety and organization of the work area
- Support the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization in quality aspects .
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, production rates, and other metrics.
- Manage resource allocation effectively to meet production schedules.
- Handle conflict resolution and perform problem-solving as necessary.
- Participate in recruitment and training of new team members.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 70 lbs
- company certification in the operation of a fork lift or dolly
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Ability to read: Material Safety Data Sheets, work orders, work instructions, manuals, policies and procedures, shipping documents, etc.
- Two year college degree is preferred
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Experience in Lead department
