Job Description:
Our Qualified Registered Nurses experience a unique opportunity to employ their clinical nursing expertise in a new way while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for the well-being of patients through ultrasound technology.
Our Qualified Registered Nurses will be working in partnership with certified Ultrasound Technicians to closely monitor and trial new obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound solutions to ultimately bring peace of mind to patients by providing more information, earlier in pregnancy, while making it easier for clinicians to make a confident diagnosis. This is not a sales role and does not require patient care.
The role requires that you report into the client facility M-F which is in Cambridge, MA and is a SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT (4-8 weeks) with the possibility of an extension.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Midwife (preferred)
- Experience in Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery and/or Maternal/Fetal Health (preferred)
- Active and unrestricted RN License (required)
- 1+ year(s) Clinical experience (preferred)
- Experience working Epic and Cerner (HCR) strongly preferred
- Experience working with Excel is strongly preferred
- Data entry experience is strongly preferred
- Willingness to work a short-term assignment (3 months)
- Current on all vaccinations as duties may require compliance with client and hospital expectations
- Must be willing to commute to Cambridge, MA (required)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with local, zone and management teams.
- Exhibit superior technical, clinical, and presentation skills at all times
- Professionally handle objections and questions
- Participate in BU sponsored programs as requested (Clinical trials, validation programs, research events, education events, etc.)
- Participate in Market Development activities as requested (Key Customer Programs, Image acquisition, etc.)
- Personal Development
- Build technical, clinical, and professional skills and knowledge (New registries, cross-training, relevant business courses, personal development courses, etc.)
- Organization Skills/Time Management/Professionalism
- Submit weekly schedule to management
- Maintain expenses according to company policy
- Maintain company property
- Act in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Maintain current and compliant with CRM Tool guidelines
- Meet the physical demands of the job including maneuvering of ultrasound equipment
