Bathroom Attendant

Position Summary:

We are looking for attentive and detail-oriented Bathroom Attendants to join our team at Marion Miami. As a Bathroom Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restroom facilities, providing a high standard of service and hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of restroom facilities throughout service hours.
• Regularly restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other amenities.
• Ensure all restroom fixtures are functioning properly and report any issues to management.
• Assist guests with any needs or inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor restroom usage and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to health and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and cleaning during service hours to maintain hygiene standards.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Work as part of a team to provide a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
