Drink Runner

Position Summary:

We are seeking energetic and efficient Drink Runners to join our team at Marion Miami. As a Drink Runner, you will be responsible for delivering beverages from the bar to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver drinks from the bar to guests' tables promptly and accurately.
• Ensure the presentation of beverages is in line with restaurant standards.
• Assist bartenders and servers by ensuring a continuous flow of drinks to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and bar areas.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and servers to ensure efficient service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Work as part of a team to provide a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a drink runner or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
