Due to our exciting rapid growth, we are looking to hire a high-performing Manager, Strategic Insights to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives globally.
As a Manager on Vurvey’s Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio across a range of brand accounts. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business goals and help them to utilize the Vurvey platform to inform their brand strategy and accomplish those goals. You will work hand in hand with the broader Enterprise Client team to ensure we are delivering long-term value to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day client relationships with a roster of top brands.
- Become an expert in the client’s business and industry.
- Promote ‘consumer-obsessed’ mindsets, and the democratization of consumer centricity in major corporations.
- Strategic partner to a portfolio of several Fortune 100 companies, with a special focus on FMCG and/or retail.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support clients' business needs.
- Field unique and custom brand/research projects to answer clients’ critical business questions.
- Compile and analyze data and create PPT charts/presentations to summarize key findings and learnings from clients’ projects.
- Deliver client training on platform functionality.
- Execute work in a timely, efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, with a special focus on client renewal.
- Work effectively with the worldwide Vurvey teams to support our global growth.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years’ experience working in market research and client management – preference for agency work with major CPGs.
- Fundamental understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Exceptional analytical skills, paired with an ability to distill critical insights from data and explain findings to clients in a simple, actionable manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must.
- Strong verbal communication skills and experience with client presentations and meetings.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and/or attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
