Konik is partnered with a growing organization who is adding a senior level Project Manager for construction new builds and additions.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Perform initial scoping and estimating for assigned projects
• Provide support for planning and preconstruction activities
• Monitor project financials and ensure project budgets
• Work in collaboration with other support staff and project team members
  
  

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in managing commercial, public, healthcare, or educational construction projects
• Strong and polished communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or similar
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professional relationships with internal and external teams
