Patient Services Representative

Bi-lingual fluent in English and Spanish

Currently seeking an individual with previous patient services/accounts experience to work in this fast-paced medical environment. Desired applicants will have proficient cash handling and customer service skills. Attention to detail is a must. Clerical experience in a healthcare setting is desired. Ability to speak English and Fluent in Spanish is required.

Lincoln Community Health Center, Inc., a federally qualified community health center located in Durham, NC is recruiting for Patient Services Representatives (Finance). Durham is known as the Bull City, the City of Medicine, the Tastiest Town in the South, and the Startup Capital of the South. It’s a two-hour drive from the beach, a three-hour drive from the Blue Ridge Mountains, and is North Carolina’s fourth largest city by population. Along the East Coast, Durham is located conveniently along I-85. For those outside of driving distance, travel to and from is made easy as the City and County of Durham co-own the top-ranked Raleigh-Durham International Airport that services more than 45 nonstop destinations.
