Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and Culturally Diverse Mental Health Therapist / Counselor to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• Assist in Implementation of Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Pocatello
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Experience in PHP/IOP
