Facilities Maintenance Technician - Animal Shelter

The Role
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant’s primary purpose is ensuring proper upkeep of the animal shelter, vehicles and grounds and the day-to-day maintenance and safety of the animal shelter.
Daily Requests would include:
- Preventative maintenance for mechanical, electrical and building systems
- Vehicle upkeep and maintenance
- Responding to general work requests within our facilities
Who We're Looking For
If you've always wanted to work closely with companion animals and consider yourself handy this role is made for you! A basic working knowledge of various systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC) is desired but not necessary for this role. You are required to have good driving record and meet the Dept of Transportation's standards and requirements, since driving company vehicles is an essential duty.
This position schedule is Tuesday - Saturday; 9:00am - 5:30pm
