What You Can Expect

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing aspects of opening new branches and ensuring seamless execution of promotions and events across all locations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Training, IT, and vendors, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing strategies across our branch network.

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

  • South Ogden, Utah
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • New Branch Openings: Manage and oversee all marketing activities related to opening a new branch, including creating marketing artwork, planning grand opening promotions, and coordinating ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
  • Branch Compliance & Communication: Visit all branches annually to ensure compliance with marketing guidelines and to facilitate clear, effective communication between marketing teams and branch staff.
  • Promotion Rollout: Work closely with the Training and IT departments to ensure that branch promotions roll out smoothly, with all necessary materials and systems in place.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors to order promotional SWAG for all marketing events and promotions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Event Support: Work alongside the marketing team to support and coordinate a variety of internal events and external promotions, including golf tournaments, company events, and new branch openings.

Experience, Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating promotional products.
  • Familiarity with event planning, including logistics and coordination for large-scale events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and with vendors.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing software or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to branch locations as needed.
