Supervise workers engaged in operating the facility to accommodate ongoing building event load, maintenance, mechanical reports, preventative maintenance, housekeeping and repair plans and maintenance projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Supervise employees in the Operations Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Assists in preparation and set up for all events and activities in the building.
- Ensure all aspects of building cleaning are attended to on a regular schedule including trash removal, office cleaning, restroom cleaning, floors, walls, windows and other standard cleaning duties.
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of equipment to keep building up to date and report recommendations of updates to Manager.
- Assign work projects to staff and provide direction to improve methods and productivity.
- Assist in establishing and executing preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems to ensure proper working order and carry out repairs where needed. Help Manager develop and maintain necessary records and reports such as: equipment and supply inventories, accident and damage reports, monthly expense and activity reports.
- Perform ground maintenance by picking up trash on grounds, removes snow from doorways/walkways, spreads ice melting materials, trims grass and maintains trees.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
