Ticket Sales Associate

Job Summary:
As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving ticket
sales and ensuring a seamless fan experience. You will be responsible for promoting
and selling tickets for NOLA Gold games, providing excellent customer service, and
contributing to the overall success of our ticketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell tickets for NOLA Gold through phone calls, emails and

self-prospecting

• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales
• Be present at all home games and special events to service customers, establish

new relationships and help manage game day duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,

and assisting customers with ticket purchases

• Prospect, qualify, and close new group sales accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
• Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and repeat business
• Contribute positively to the organizational culture in working together with peers

and leadership team

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software preferred
• A passion for live events and entertainment
