Job Description

Position: Wellness Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ Gonstead

Pay: $20-$25/hr. Full time - 40 hours

Liquivida Wellness Coordinators sell by connecting with clients who genuinely want a healthier lifestyle but need guidance and support in our busy and stressful world. We’re looking for tech-savvy people who can use our CRM systems to nurture our client base by following up on leads and customers in a way that influences retention for the wellness center. This person must promote and embody a healthy lifestyle to attract people who wish to transform themselves. We expect a collaborative working relationship with medical professionals and vendors to Get the Job Done with Service. Plus, we’re looking for specific core values such as Being Respectful, Taking Ownership, Celebrating Life, and Backing Up the Team. Our mission is to help people feel more youthful, energetic, and in control of their health.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents and information
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to function within all levels of organization and at various locations.
  • Understanding of public health issues Understanding of trends and best practices in client health and wellbeing
  • Strong reasoning and financial analysis skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of relevant federal and state laws
  • Excellent consultative skills to shape solutions
  • Negotiation skills to work with vendor partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with audiences at all levels in the organization

Education/Experience Need

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy and Peptide Knowledge
  • Providing Client Consultations
  • Proficiency in reading blood work results
  • CPR/AED for Healthcare Provider certification
  • Life coaching and physical trainers preferred
  • Degree in Dietician or Nutritionist preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and maintain a total wellness program to reduce health risks for patients and encourage healthy lifestyles.
  • Followed up on leads from the CRM system
  • Participate in client consultations, present lifestyle enhancement programs, and discuss pricing
  • Follow up with clients after they visit with the Practitioner and influence retention
  • Work with clients to realize the benefits of our programs, including HRT/Weight loss, IV therapy, and overall health and wellness
  • Answer client questions regarding benefits and our wellness programs and services.
  • Manage and track monthly HRT/weight loss program prescriptions and supplementation
  • Keep up with current national wellness initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts to use at Liquivida as appropriate.
  • Explore ideas and opportunities to personalize the program to increase employee participation.
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Compile a comprehensive monthly objectives report on participation, programs and outcomes.
