We’re looking for an Events Administrator to join our Events and Retail Marketing team!
As an Events Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for supporting the Events and Retail Marketing team with various administrative tasks. In this role you’ll act as the main support for included responsibilities and additional, as needed, within the department.

As an Events Administrator for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for supporting the Events and Retail Marketing team with various administrative tasks. In this role you’ll act as the main support for included responsibilities and additional, as needed, within the department.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Events and Retail Marketing leadership team.
- Process various paperwork and communicate updates and details with the calendar of events.
- Research, book, and maintain a database of events, festivals, and fairs.
- Communicate with various event promoters.
- Maintain a database of leads generated and ensure all leads are accurately entered into the system.
- Create weekly newsletter highlights.
- Pull reports and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Manage inventory of supplies.
- Assist with team payroll and reimbursement processing.
- Schedule and attend the monthly event team meeting.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 2 years of related professional work experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel.
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a group.
