The Finance Assistant assists the Finance Director with clerical and administrative functions in the department. This role receives packages and contract deals from the finance and sales departments.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

- Process car deals, and compile documents to send to banks and lenders to receive funds.
- Validates that all contract information is complete and accurate.
- Notates any missing forms or data; sources the appropriate dealership personnel for form or data completion; tracks missing data until complete.
- Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the finance process.
- Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensures applicable controls are in place to monitor finance practices and safeguard dealership assets and customer data.
- Assist the billing team by processing deals promptly.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
- Assist the Finance Managers with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions
- Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
- Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction,
- Perform any other related tasks, as assigned by the manager(s)
- Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of any pending transactions
- Must be well acquainted or willing to learn (CDK, Route One, CUDL, Word, Excel ,etc.) and other various operating systems to preform duties and/or tasks.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well in fast pace environment
