WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS THE OPERATIONS MANAGER?
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, including trades, scheduling, fleet management, warehouse logistics, and multiple projects at various phases. You will ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while driving team performance and maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS THE OPERATIONS MANAGER?
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, including trades, scheduling, fleet management, warehouse logistics, and multiple projects at various phases. You will ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while driving team performance and maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- You'll lead with excellence - Supervise, motivate, and coach teams, including managers, supervisors, and associates, while fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- You'll drive results - Implement operational strategies to meet KPIs, customer expectations, and financial targets, ensuring each project stays on budget, on schedule, and within scope.
- You'll ensure compliance - Enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- You'll innovate and solve problems - Manage risk, resolve conflicts, and address challenges with advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- You're an experienced leader - With 5+ years of management experience (preferred) and 10+ years of restoration or construction industry experience, you have the knowledge and skills to lead diverse teams.
- You know the industry inside and out - Advanced understanding of local, state, and federal codes, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
- You're financially savvy - Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and margin analysis to deliver projects within financial targets.
- You're organized and adaptable - Exceptional planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage complex projects and respond to emergencies after hours or on weekends.
- You're tech-savvy - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and estimating software, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints and manage permitting processes.
