The Department manager is responsible for assisting in maintaining an efficient, positive environment, ensuring company goals and objectives are being met as set forth by upper management. The Department Manager oversees the Shift Supervisor, Access Ambassadors, and Dispatchers and works diligently with members of BAC Leadership to maintain and develop effective quality controls in each department. This position ensures government regulatory compliance, as well as the team's needs, are met and cultivates a positive and safe work environment. This Department Manager is committed to continually demonstrating the BAC GOAT Goals and our Raise Up mindset to the rest of the team.


The Department Manager is responsible for daily operations functions. They oversee and manage the team within their department according to the BAC Raise Up Mindset, GOAT Goals, and values standards and procedures to ensure organizational success, effectiveness, and efficiency.


Minimum requirements include but are not limited to

  • Minimum high school diploma with three years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have a Current driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task with high accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and bend and twist from the waist.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment and random Drug and Alcohol tests.
  • Must pass background checks to include a good driver history record.

This is an onsite position at the Ted Stevens Airport. There will be times that work performed outdoors, throughout the city or state, as required and may include exposure to high levels of noise, cooler temperatures, and being physically demanding. Our Deparment Manager will be faced with constant interruption and must meet with others on a regular basis.
