Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mid-level Facilities Manager to support our client's company on a project basis. The client is a commercial real estate firm known for managing premium office spaces and retail properties. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the maintenance and operations of their facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilities Maintenance:Manage the day-to-day maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and contractor oversight.
• Budget Management:Assist in developing and monitoring budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
• Vendor Coordination:Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality services and timely completion of work.
• Compliance:Ensure facilities meet all regulatory requirements and safety standards through regular inspections and audits.
• Space Planning:Collaborate with the client's teams to optimize space utilization and plan for future facility needs.
• Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen facility-related incidents.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field within the commercial real estate industry.
• Education:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
