Customer Service - International Services

This is achieved by investing in a career development path for our employees and providing job-specific training certification processes for Customer Service, International Services team members.

The position of Customer Service, International Services includes the responsibility of providing a full range of services which include Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, and Import Operations support. Individuals hired into this role are expected to be fully capable in one of the three mentioned areas, with the understanding that they must achieve certification in the remaining service areas within a defined period of time.
