Position Overview

Lead Fitness Coach at BODY20 is a “Player/Coach” position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Recruit, onboard, and mentor fitness coaches to ensure every BODY20 session and demo meets the highest standards.
• Team Success: Set and evaluate monthly performance goals for your team, including demo conversions and session excellence.
• Hands-on Coaching: Administer InBody evaluations and BODY20 sessions, instruct clients on safe and effective use of equipment, and deliver life-changing results which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds
• Operational Excellence: Manage EMS equipment to BODY20 standards, ensuring the best possible experience for clients.
• Staff Development: Lead weekly meetings, provide ongoing training, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Professionals: Current nationally recognized Personal Training and CPR/AED certifications preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of personal training experience and management skills are ideal, but if you have a passion for fitness and leadership, we want to talk to you.
• Leadership & Integrity: You inspire others, communicate effectively, and approach every task with honesty and dedication.
• Fitness Enthusiast: Your passion for fitness drives you to help others achieve their goals, and you have the knowledge and ambition to lead from the front which includes the ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively coach clients
