What you'll be doing day to day
As an Inventory Controller, supporting the overall inventory integrity of the goods for the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations. Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability. Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements. Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements. Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes. Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies. Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred. Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights. Prioritization and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills. Requirements Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
