As our Director of Nursing, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold our high standards of care.

- Manage the department's budget and optimize resources effectively.

- Experience: At least 2 years as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role.
- Specialization: Proven expertise in geriatric care is essential.
- Licensure: A valid, unencumbered RN license in Florida.
