THE ROLE:
As Executive Vice President, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of our hosted buyer events, which are renowned for their unique blend of curated content, purposeful networking, matched 1:1 meetings, and high-end experiences. This role demands a growth mindset, strategic leadership, and operational expertise to set the standard in the B2B space.

As Executive Vice President, you will oversee the strategy, execution, and growth of our hosted buyer events, which are renowned for their unique blend of curated content, purposeful networking, matched 1:1 meetings, and high-end experiences. This role demands a growth mindset, strategic leadership, and operational expertise to set the standard in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Shape and execute the strategic direction of the 13 events currently in the portfolio, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and client needs.
- Drive Revenue and Efficiency: Own full P&L responsibility, achieving ambitious growth goals while optimizing operational processes and resource allocation.
- Inspire Teams: Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, content, and operations to consistently exceed expectations.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders, clients, and sponsors to enhance event value and drive business growth.
- Analyze and Act: Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve the attendee and sponsor ROI and experience.
- Lead the Strategy: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape the broader strategic objectives and contribute to its long-term success.
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic leader who embodies the following qualities:
- Experience: 5–10 years in senior leadership roles within B2B events, ideally with hosted buyer formats or in industries. Real estate, construction, or facilities management industry knowledge is an added bonus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- P&L Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing budgets and delivering results that meet or exceed financial targets.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on developing trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Innovator: Passion for pushing boundaries and integrating fresh ideas into established formats.
- Team Leader: Skilled in mentoring and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical: Adept at using data and market insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
