Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and must have worked in a related industry such as construction, windows, doors, or similar fields.
As the AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, including collections, invoicing, and customer account reconciliation. Your experience in handling consumer collections will be key in ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of B2C collections, including contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and resolving outstanding balances.
- Process and track customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate reports on the status of receivables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and support for collections.
- Maintain customer records and update the accounts receivable system as needed.
- Handle escalated collection issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable with a focus on B2C collections.
- Previous experience in industries such as roofing, construction, windows, doors, or similar is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in collection efforts.
- Proficiency in AR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
