VA Commercial Repair Solutions is seeking motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Travelling Commercial HVAC Apprentice. No experience is necessary for this role, as we provide a comprehensive training program and apprenticeship opportunities. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist in the installation of commercial HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Carry out tasks that require mechanical inclination and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work at heights and in various conditions, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in the apprenticeship program to gain skills and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members and supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

• A background in construction is beneficial but not necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Schedule

• 4 x 10s, on a rotating M - F schedule
• Meets at a shop and takes trucks to load out.
• Travel: 50% of the time, with travel flexibility required for projects throughout the state
