Our women-led team is growing quickly and seeking a smart, fun, and entrepreneurially spirited Aesthetic Clinician to work 16 to 32 clinical hours per week (Tuesdays, Fridays, and one or more additional day if desired). Candidate must be passionate about the Aesthetic industry and excited to learn and grow. The ideal candidate boasts a minimum of 2 years of experience with filler, laser & skin care. The Position

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessment and consultation using the Practice’s “symptom-based” consultation.
• Create holistic treatment plans in accordance with Practice’s proprietary method which ties together synergistic procedures and products.
• Educate clients on all offerings of Practice via the client engagement script.
• Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective patients.
• Follow the brand driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing diagnosis, team collaboration, and post-treatment monitoring.
• Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Leverage resources and tools provided by Practice to enhance clinical expertise
• Collaborate with practice’s management, ownership, injectors and support team
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Effectively utilize all IT systems including Patient EMR (Zenoti), client engagement software (OpenPhone), and all other equipment.
• Detailed charting and documentation of patient files
• Contribute to our marketing strategy through:
• Daily IG posts & stories on professional page
• Community outreach, communications, and PR
• Twice weekly contribution to Practice Instagram
  
  

The Right Fit

• A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills - someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibility
• Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients
• Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful
• Has an aptitude for or ability to quickly master communication around aesthetic procedures
• Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail
• Excellent sales & consultative skills with the ability to inspire patient to invest in high ticket multifaceted treatment plans.
  
  

Must-Haves

2 years minimum delivering Aesthetic injectable treatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Sculptra and Radiesse) and excel in treating existing and new Aesthetic patients.

• Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
• Well rounded- ability to quickly learn practice operations, technology, social media and other applicable duties
• Ability to set the tone for the practice with optimal professionalism
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mentality.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Professional and compassionate bedside manner.
• Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and embrace company culture
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Work three or four days per week including Friday and two additional days as per preference.
