Executive Director Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration or closely related field preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree considered with extensive applicable experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in hospice
- Must be able to demonstrate an effective form of communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
- Experience with multiple sites is highly preferred
- Requires the ability to travel
- Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver’s license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to direct, guide, lead, and support staff
- Ensure appropriate data collection and accurately generate reports
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors for effective management of services
- Establish and implement an overall growth strategy
- Demonstrate the ability to manage the financial resources of the company
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Overall responsibility for the success of the site
