In This Role You Will

A Sales Specialist at Actabl is an essential support structure for Sales & Account Management. The main goals include, but are not limited to, accelerating pipeline by qualifying leads, reviewing documents, managing Order Forms, and accelerating deals through the sales cycle. As a member of our team, you will ne trained to understand who the ideal Actabl customers are.

You work closely with the Sales Teams to accelerate top and mid-funnel sales prospecting, nurturing, and qualification. This role is critical support to the execution of lead generation efforts.

Typical Functions

Our tasks include but are not limited to:

Outreach

  • Targeted sequences
  • List enrichment
  • ABM follow-up
  • Lead support

Event Support

  • Managing pre-booked meetings for events
  • Real-time support for conferences and events
  • Managing relevant resources
  • Creating opportunities for events
  • Follow-up on leads created by the Sales & Account Management team

Intro Calls

  • Sourcing prospects before the Intro Call
  • Qualifying/disqualifying prospects during the Intro Call
  • Give Actabl overview and brief product Intros
  • Schedule a DEMO and next steps

Document review

  • Term Sheets
  • Order Forms
  • Proposals
  • Prospect support via email
  • MSA review

Major Responsibilities

Understand our ideal customers and what qualifies them

You will learn who Actabl’s ideal customer is and work with the sales team to generate new qualified opportunities through data-driven outbound sales campaigns

Execute on-lead generation, nurture, and lead qualification

You will identify and qualify leads based on prospect needs, budgets, decision-making processes, and timing. You’ll nurture prospective customers via email and phone demand campaigns for individual prospects and target accounts

You will embrace a growth mentality in this role. This growth mindset applies to the product(s) you are selling, demand generation tactics, and general hospitality knowledge. We are a true team and want you to come to the table with questions and ideas about continually improving the marketing funnel

Requirements

The ideal Sales Specialist has:

  • 2+ years of sales admin or sales development experience
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Self motivated and results driven
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to improve
