Operations and Delivery Officer

Job description

• In charge of data feeds extraction, testing and deliveries operations.
• In charge of indexes deliveries and rebalances operations.
• Analyzing and solving operational issues.
• Ensuring superior quality data and check points for all reports and deliveries.
• Assisting in automating data extraction and testing processes.
• Developing the necessary communication with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure adhering to IdealRatings service level agreement
• Maintaining our proprietary, high-performance index platform.
• Continuously identifying and implementing optimization opportunities within our processes.
• Back-testing of new systematic investment strategies.
• Supporting and conducting tests of platform changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workloads effectively in a pressured environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and night shifts.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken.
• English & Arabic language fluency both written and spoken.
• Excellent experience with MS Office tools (MS Word & MS Excel).
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Previous experience in operations management position is a plus.
• Innovative mindset and hands-on approach.
• Logical and structured approach.
