Where you come in:
- You will be responsible for set-up, troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab.
- You will be supporting basic equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration activities with record keeping, following GMP guidelines.
- You will participate in the daily set up and shut down of production equipment, such as plasma stations, ISOP Stat lines, etc.
- You will be assisting in equipment/parts ordering, receiving, and locating them to the designated area.
- You will be assisting and conducting training on operating equipment.
- You will be assisting and conducting equipment safety evaluation and audit.
What makes you successful:
- You have experience in routinely monitoring production equipment.
- You have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing production equipment.
- You have experience in assembling, testing, and maintaining fixtures, modules, and replacement parts.
- You have experience in assisting and conducting equipment IQs, minor PMs, and calibrations.
- Proficiency in updating equipment records in RAM or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping system.
- You have manufacturing operator or past equipment maintenance experience.
- You have experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience and Education:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Physical Demands:
Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; frequent use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.
Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to the following conditions: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
