The Role: Your Opportunity to Shine as an Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our clients, Executive Assistants, and the Atlas team. You’ll ensure seamless onboarding, build trust-based relationships, and champion the success of clients and their EAs.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and EAs, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience during their first 90 days and maintaining a strong, supportive relationship throughout the client engagement.

  • Lead strategic discussions, such as Ideal Week Planning and Energy Audits, to understand and align with client goals.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and attentive problem-solving.

  • Regularly gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process and overall satisfaction.

Executive Assistant Matching and Coordination

  • Oversee the client - EA matching process and integration of EAs into client workflows, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Provide ongoing support and accountability for EAs during the onboarding period, ensuring they deliver exceptional results.

  • Facilitate open communication between clients and EAs to address challenges and maintain seamless collaboration.

Process Optimization and Documentation

  • Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their schedules, prioritize tasks, and improve productivity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Product) to ensure efficient and high-quality onboarding experiences.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client preferences, processes, and progress.

Retention and Growth

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address at-risk accounts to ensure long-term success.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with the team to expand client accounts.

  • Continuously analyze data to refine strategies and enhance client success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years in a client-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Account Management).
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build trust and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

  • Organizational Mastery: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented mindset with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while keeping client success at the forefront.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with calendar and inbox management tools and experience working in remote or start-up environments is a plus.
