Events Coordinator
Job Summary
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and managing events in South Carolina. This includes overseeing logistics, staffing, marketing, and preparation for all Stateside Brands events in Southern California. You will work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to schedule and manage at least two events per week, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly and successfully.

Job Summary
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and managing events in South Carolina. This includes overseeing logistics, staffing, marketing, and preparation for all Stateside Brands events in Southern California. You will work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to schedule and manage at least two events per week, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify events that maximize Stateside Brands' exposure to potential consumers.
- Routinely schedule and coordinate events, including event logistics, staffing, marketing, and preparation.
- Recruit, hire, and train internal promo staff to represent Stateside Brands at events.
- Foster strong partnerships with local promotional organizations for event collaboration.
- Manage the organization and aesthetics of table design for all local promo tastings.
- Report all promo rep hours to payroll on a scheduled weekly basis.
- Pull Exposition Permits for each necessary event and ensure compliance with all associated regulations.
- Coordinate donation boxes and events for charities, organizations, and public requests.
- Conduct post-event activities, such as data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 2+ years of experience in event management, event planning, or related field.
- Valid US Driver’s License and willingness to travel and transport promotional materials (i.e. 10x10 tent, folding table) up to 90% with dependable transportation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to obtain required certifications upon employment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Advertising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of the spirits industry or related field, including the 3-tier system for adult beverages.
- 1+ years of Brand Ambassador experience.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Base Salary: $55,000-$71,000 USD annually.
- The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
