Job Description
Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Eligibility begins on the 1st day of the calendar month following 60 days of continuous full time employment with Synectics. Premiums are subsidized by Synectics.

Enrollment dates are each January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing on 1 year product plans that achieve aggressive corporate clean energy goals through implementation contractors and internal partners.
- Responsible for product viability, such as cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, regulatory success, balancing internal and external interests.
- This role manages product operations, monitors product performance, partners management, customer experience design and marketing and sales activities.
- Responsible for program design, implementation, management and coordination of customer programs to deliver upon clean energy, customer experience and financial goals.
- Develop product objectives and establish metrics to drive product outcomes.
- Single point of accountability for program success.
- Responsible for the operations and performance of customer programs.
- Manage and monitor expenses, data, visual management, compliance with requirements, customer inquiries, etc.
- Manage week to week product operations including partner management, IT functions, experience design work and marketing/sales activities.
- Utilizing customer feedback, product requirements and program performance, identify opportunities for and participate in problem solving/process improvements utilizing Lean tools and methods to address program challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate on and assist with regulatory filings, audit and discovery testimony preparation.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive and regulatory environment impacting the assigned product.
- Bachelor's Degree required (Marketing, Business or related)
