We are currently seeking a Superintendent for our Commercial & Industrial Division (C&I) that will be assigned to renewable construction projects in the United States

o:Provide overall field management and responsibility for the successful execution of C&I construction projects for the Compa

ssSet the sequence and assignment of work to minimize exposure to job site safety risks and to keep the installation on budget and on ti

meMonitor and manage all aspects of the execution of the work: labor, material, schedule delays and any additional mobilization(

s)Translate, interpret, and ensure adherence of installation to the design and construction drawings, specifications and manufacturers recommendatio

nsUtilize construction related software or other related software to manage budgets, schedules & project documentati

onProvide status updates (daily reports) on active construction project

s.Prepare, monitor and report budget variances and forecast ultimate costs of the project(s) at all tim

esInterface with Public/Private Utility Companies for the design, contract and execution of projec

tsQuickly and accurately handle required administrative duties including, but not limited to: training documentation, inspection documentation, project documentation completi

  • ng:3-5+ years of experience managing the construction of commercial renewable energy systems such as PV Solar, BESS, and EV Charge
  • rs.3-5+ years of experience constructing rooftop, carport, and ground mount commercial solar projec
  • ts.The ability to read, interpret, and provide feedback on design documen
  • ts.Working knowledge of commercial electrical systems such as: switchgear, panelboards, and communication / monitoring syste
  • ms.Working knowledge of general construction activities such as: civil site preparation, equipment pads, and ancillary syste
  • ms.General contracting experience is preferr

ed.Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferr

ed.Maintain a valid Driver’s License and a good driving reco

  • rd.Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), Uniform Building Code (UBC), local & utility jurisdiction requirements and OSHA regulations. Journeyman Electrician certification or NABCEP certification preferr
