With construction nearing completion, we are excited to soon welcome patients to our modern facility equipped with some of the latest technology and designed to create a fun, child-focused atmosphere. As a privately owned practice, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our young patients.

Job Overview:

As a Pediatric Dental Front Office staff member at Kids Smiles Colorado, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our young patients and their families. We are looking for a full-time (32 hrs/week) staff member responsible for scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk
• Greet and welcome patients and their families with a friendly demeanor
• Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date in the system
• Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Facilitate communication between patients and dental providers to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year dental experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
• Knowledge and experience with pediatric dental terminology and procedures a plus

Salary Range: $22 to $27 per hour
