Job Summary:
DoubleTree Deerfield Beach is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and achieving sales targets for the hotel. This individual will be responsible for securing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners. As an integral member of our hotel, the Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor position, with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Compensation will be paid biweekly and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning, and employee discounts at DoubleTree Deerfield Beach and other Hilton properties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners
- Cold call and prospect potential clients to generate new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Participate in hotel and industry trade shows and events
- Utilize sales tracking systems and tools to track sales activities and analyze results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
