Job Summary
Under the general direction of the CodeStack management, perform system management and student information systems data integration management (including, but not limited to: gathering requirements, analysis of scope and analysis, development of roadmaps, timelines, and milestones, system testing, and creation of system documentation), and maintaining customer relationships.

224 work days, Monday-Friday
Essential Functions
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Work effectively with school districts, community organizations, government agencies, parents, students, and/or staff.
- Maintain confidentiality on issues concerning program and staff.
- Supervise and evaluate staff.
- Participate, coordinate, or conduct a variety of meetings, committees, trainings, workshops, and/or conferences in order to present materials and information concerning department programs, services, operations, and activities; represent the SJCOE at local, regional, and state meetings, conferences, inservices, boards, councils, and events.
- Maintain current knowledge and interpret applicable rules, regulations, policies, procedures, contracts, State and Federal laws, codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- Work independently with little direction.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Prepare reports as needed for program.
- Oversee and manage budgets.
- Analyze existing data or proposed web-based projects to determine their feasibility.
- Design web-based systems; detailing procedures to be followed by users; revises and creates departmental forms for data processing applications or manual procedures; prepares system and data flow diagrams; translates problem statements into programming definitions.
- Develop milestones, timelines and assign tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing of proposed project components/functions.
- Oversee the data integration process for districts.
- Attend staff meetings and other meetings as required.
- Document all phases of the analysis, design, programming, implementation, and maintenance of web-based projects.
- Train other staff members as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in computer-related technology; or equivalent experience in project management, system quality assurance and data integration.
