Job Summary: As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both administrative and clinical duties, all while working in a beautiful, luxurious setting. Your clinical tasks include taking vitals, recording patient histories, performing EKGs, and administering injections. On the administrative side, you’ll greet patients, manage the front desk, schedule appointments, and handle billing. This role requires a balance of compassion, organization, and enthusiasm to help our patients reach their weight loss goals with exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Share details about our weight loss programs, med spa services, and products with patients.
• Be a source of encouragement, supporting each patient through their transformation journey.
• Accurately record patient vitals and share findings with the medical provider.
• Administer intramuscular injections with care and precision.
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone, always making them feel at home.
• Keep medications stocked, conduct daily counts, and ensure smooth medication dispensing.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: Typically 35 to 40 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Pay: $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience in Medical Assisting and Customer Service.
• Location: This position will cover shifts at both our Flower Mound and Southlake locations.
  
  

Skill & Education Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or at least 6 months of full-time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant.
