We’re seeking a Business Technology Product Owner to drive the implementation and evolution of our enterprise Contract Management System and Contracts AI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to simplify processes for commercial sales and legal teams, streamline workflows, and drive disciplined change management practices to ensure consistent and reliable information sharing across platforms.
As a change leader, you’ll play a critical role in fostering collaboration, aligning stakeholders, and embedding processes that promote adoption and success. Additionally, you’ll lead the integration of upstream and downstream systems (e.g., Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and elevate governance and maturity in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Change Leader: Drive organizational readiness for change by championing the implementation of new systems and workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success. Proactively engage and align stakeholders to embrace and sustain changes.
- Implement Disciplined Information Sharing: Establish best practices for managing and sharing contract-related information across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Own the Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects both long-term strategic goals and near-term priorities.
- Plan and Execute Delivery: Create and manage program/project plans to execute phased delivery of the Contract Management System and Contracts AI, leveraging waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies to meet project needs.
- Simplify Sales and Legal Workflows: Design and implement intuitive, automated workflows that streamline contract processes for commercial sales and legal teams, reducing time-to-contract and improving collaboration.
- Integrate Enterprise Systems: Oversee seamless integration with upstream and downstream applications, including Workday Financials and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency across systems.
- Build Governance Maturity: Establish frameworks for governing contract data to enhance accuracy, compliance, and accountability while driving organizational efficiency.
- Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with 28 enterprise stakeholders and senior business leaders to identify critical needs, align priorities, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Facilitate Agile and Waterfall Practices: Adapt delivery methodologies based on project scope, balancing agility with the structured approach of traditional project management when necessary.
- Deliver a Best-in-Class Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an exceptional user experience, incorporating feedback and usability testing into the product design.
- Monitor and Improve: Analyze feedback, monitor product performance, and champion continuous improvements to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of experience required in product management, program leadership, or a related field, with expertise in enterprise integrations and data governance.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and project plans for phased delivery using waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience leading organizational change and embedding discipline around information sharing practices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, such as Workday Financials and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience designing workflows and tools that simplify complex processes for commercial sales and legal teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and data governance practices.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
- A track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-value solutions on time and within scope.

Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
