This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring professionals in the field of motor repair and maintenance.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for our EMC Apprenticeship Program. This immersive and hands-on program is designed to introduce candidates to the mechanical, electrical, and various other critical aspects of the motor repair process.
Throughout the program, apprentices will rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different facets of the motor repair industry. This rotation will allow candidates to identify their strengths and explore areas of personal interest, ultimately helping them determine the best fit for their long-term career goals.
At the end of the program, apprentices will be placed in an appropriate department based on their skills, interests, and performance. EMC values personal growth and development, and we encourage all employees to expand their knowledge and capabilities. We also prioritize promoting from within, ensuring that team members have the opportunity to advance into positions that better align with their evolving skills and ambitions.

What are the minimum requirements?
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed (including nights/weekends/holidays)
- Must be able to meet physical requirements for position, including but not limited to being on feet for an extended period, bend/stoop/kneel as needed, use of both hands, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with hand tools and basic measuring a plus.
